We hereby notify you that, pursuant to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Teniz Capital Asset Management Ltd., the Company’s name has been changed to Teniz Capital Wealth Management Ltd.
The change of the Company’s name has been duly registered in accordance with the applicable requirements and became effective on 10 June 2026.
Please note that the change of the Company’s name does not result in any change to its legal status and does not constitute a reorganisation. All rights and obligations of the Company under previously concluded agreements and arrangements remain in full force and effect without any amendments.
The Company’s registration number, existing licences and other material particulars remain unchanged. The Company’s banking details also remain unchanged, except for the indication of the Company’s new name.
Please take this change into account when preparing and executing agreements, addenda, invoices, payment instructions, correspondence and any other documents issued on or after the effective date of the change of name.
